📋 Description

• Contribute to FP&A process improvements and AI automation.
• Refine headcount allocation and build regional P&L views.
• Support budgeting, outlooks, and management reporting.
• Coordinate quarterly forecast cycle with variance insights.
• Assist with P&L analysis of monthly performance.
• Ensure cost transparency and variance tracking against targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Fluency with AI tools; experience with Claude.
• Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong attention to detail and clear documentation.
• Demonstrated integrity, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate in a team.
