FP&A Lead

📋 Description

• Drive FP&A planning end-to-end: long-range, annual, rolling forecasts.
• Own monthly/quarterly close, budget vs actuals, variance notes.
• Evolve FP&A tooling, BI integrations, and data models.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Accounting and stakeholders.
• Deliver actionable insights by identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate FP&A at a high-growth tech company.
• Direct experience owning annual planning, long-range planning, and variance analysis.
• Experience implementing FP&A tools with configuration and model design.
• Exceptional financial modeling: 3-statement, headcount, scenario models.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• A structured, self-directed builder who can design, run, and improve processes.
• Degree in finance, economics, accounting, STEM, or equivalent.
