FP&A Lead

📋 Description

• Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, bringing inputs from
• Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and
• Set up the monthly cadence of results, budget vs. actuals, functional reviews and quarterly
• Bring capital allocation discipline to large decisions on hiring, compute and strategic spend.

🎯 Requirements

• You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real
• You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company, and
• Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and
• Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and
• Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company
