FP&A Lead (Supply Chain Strategy & Planning)

📋 Description

• Supply-chain-related FP&A ownership (budgeting, forecasting, variance)
• Strategic growth support (building business cases for market entry, category expansion
• Network design and strategic planning for 1P network (dark stores, distribution centers)
• Fee structure design including pricing, unit economics, and P&L impact
• Core metrics definition and data collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business
• Strong proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
• Proven ability to turn complex datasets into actionable strategic recommendations for senior
• Demonstrated experience in network modeling, financial modeling, or incentive/subsidy structure
• Experience working with Finance on budgeting/forecasting, P&L drivers, and variance analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a first-principles approach to ambiguous operational
