FP&A Manager - 12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a two-analyst FP&A team; partner with the COO's leadership team
• Deliver accurate and timely weekly cost-to-serve reporting showing key drivers
• Own targets across multiple cost-to-serve P&L lines, central expenses, and CAPEX
• Partner with the COO and operations to drive value and support cross-team projects
• Lead monthly forecasting across CtS metrics for diverse geographies, brands and treatments
• Communicate results to executives and prioritise initiatives with a pragmatic approach

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PQE in commercial finance or consulting
• Strong data literacy and ability to manipulate large data sets
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and project delivery
• Forecasting and quantitative problem solving with clear communication
• Experience navigating ambiguity; self-motivated to deliver autonomously
• Commercially minded finance leader able to translate data for non-finance executives
