FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Cash EBITDA and free cash flow models, delivering accurate monthly actuals
• Own the end-to-end annual recurring revenue (ARR) model, including new business, expansion
• Monitor and analyze key software-as-a-service (SaaS) metrics, including customer acquisition cost
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and recurring forecasting cycles, consolidate departmental budgets
• Reconcile ARR and bookings data from Salesforce with general ledger records and recognized revenue
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports comparing actual performance against forecasts and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional
• At least five years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic finance
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, recurring revenue dynamics, ARR reporting, retention
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including experience building three-statement financial models
• Demonstrated ability to lead annual operating plans, manage recurring forecast cycles, consolidate
