FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning: budgeting, 3-year plan and rolling forecasts.
• Define KPI frameworks and conduct deep-dive modelling for strategy.
• Prepare executive investor materials and Board packs.
• Shape external strategy and investor relations with leadership.
• Lead a People Manager to recruit, develop and coach analysts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant with manager-level FP&A or Commercial Finance experience.
• Experience in FP&A roles (current or previous).
• Experience in public or PE-backed environments.
• Expert-level financial modelling experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent communicator; able to present to C-suite.
• People manager with coaching and development skills.
