FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Marketing.
• Serve as primary finance advisor to Marketing leadership for resources and growth.
• Manage end-to-end Marketing budget, monthly close, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to track Marketing spend and ROI.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to connect top-of-funnel activity to revenue.
• Leverage AI tools to automate FP&A workflows and reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Significant experience as a business partner supporting Marketing leadership in SaaS/cloud.
• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for audiences with varying financial expertise.
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience with FP&A tools (Adaptive, NetSuite) and marketing planning tools (Allocadia, Uptempo) a plus.
