📋 Description

• Support the annual budget and rolling forecast; coordinate inputs and stress-test assumptions.
• Build robust financial models for scenario planning and long-range forecasting.
• Translate plans into actionable targets for commercial and operational teams.
• Continuously improve forecast accuracy using actuals analysis.
• Own ELT reporting; provide narrative and presentations for boards.
• Design KPI dashboards and track SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong FP&A foundation in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• AI-native working style; uses AI to automate analyses.
• Fluent in SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn, LTV.
• Build clean, well-structured models used by stakeholders.
• Clear storytelling with data; crisp variance commentary.
• Natural business partner; build relationships with stakeholders.
