FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update existing reports, models and dashboards for regular financial reporting to
• Assist in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial data, providing insights and
• Collaborate with stakeholder and business partners to conduct in-depth financial analysis to manage
• Support ongoing enhancement of AWX management reporting system
• Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams on finance-wide projects and contribute to process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a
• Sound knowledge of financial analysis and planning, especially in budgeting, forecasting, cost
• Prior experience or understanding of financial services and fintech businesses is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, analytical in nature, with ability to synthesize complex financial data
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools. Experience with SQL, data
• Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration and continuous improvement within the Finance
