FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the Finance business partner to the Wholesale organization, providing actionable financial
• Own and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting for Wholesale
• Drive forecast accuracy and accountability by identifying key variances, risks, and opportunities
• Own and optimize wholesale margin management and channel economics, maintaining visibility into
• Leverage and refine financial models and analytical frameworks to inform key commercial decisions
• Support the transition to an EPM system and continued maturation of core finance infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills, with demonstrated ability to translate business
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, and channel economics, including the impact of
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with EPM systems, SQL, Python
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to identify key business drivers
• Highly effective, unbiased communicator with the ability to adapt communication style to different
