FP&A Manager - Product & Engineering

📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to shape roadmap with finance insights.
• Lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for R&D.
• Set up cost dashboards with AWS Cost Explorer and Google Cloud Billing.
• Develop financial packages highlighting variances, spend, and trends.
• Analyze SaaS KPIs and build scenario models for pricing changes.
• Collaborate with Accounting during monthly close for accruals and variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years FP&A/Strategic Finance, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to synthesize large data into insightful executive recommendations.
• Strong business partnering to influence executive decisions with financial insights.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets; NetSuite and Adaptive Planning preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate tech jargon.
