FP&A Manager (Remote)

📋 Description

• Partner with FP&A Engineer to design and ship planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Build and extend agent-based tooling to automate FP&A workflows, replacing manual processes.
• Shape architecture: determine what to automate, what requires human judgment, and where guardrails
• Own forecasting, modeling, and strategic decision support once live.
• Operate in an agent-driven environment, using AI agents and connected systems as core to daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building or working with AI agents; comfort with model providers and agent
• Builder mindset: comfortable integrating systems and data to solve finance problems beyond Excel.
• Working knowledge of automation, APIs, SQL, Python, or similar; ability to partner with engineers.
• FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience with strong financial modeling skills.
• Ability to turn loosely defined questions into structured analysis and actionable insights.
• Judgment on when precision adds value versus speed; strong communication with senior leadership.
