FP&A Manager, Systems & Automation

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Pigment, our FP&A system, including
• Act as the finance function's internal AI champion to drive constant workflow improvements and own
• Identify manual, repetitive finance processes and build automated replacements – from scripted data
• Design and maintain driver-based financial models, forecasts, and dashboards used across budgeting
• Apply AI tools and lightweight automation (Python, SQL, Power Query, or similar) to streamline
• Partner with Accounting and Rev Ops to pull, validate, and reconcile data across ERP, CRM, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid finance/analytics role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one FP&A planning tool (Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, or
• Practical experience applying AI or automation tools to real finance workflows.
• Comfortable owning a build end-to-end – mapping a manual process, designing the automated
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Power Query skills.
