FP&A Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop and monitor key financial metrics (ARR, bookings, EBITDA, expenses).
• Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis; explain drivers to leadership.
• Build/maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, and opex.
• Manage planning, forecasting and reporting; include quarterly forecasts and AOP.
• Ensure data accuracy; identify remediations and streamline processes.
• Identify insights, make recommendations, and communicate to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CFA, CPA, or MBA (professional qualification) is a plus.
• Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets; build dynamic models.
• 3-5 years in Corporate FP&A; SaaS/tech exposure.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, and complex financial modeling.
• Organized and detail-oriented; adapt to changing priorities.
• Solid grounding in accounting principles.
• Familiarity with SaaS business model and revenue drivers.
