FP&A Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop and monitor key metrics: ARR, bookings, EBITDA, and Opex.
• Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis; explain drivers to Finance.
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, and opex.
• Manage planning, forecasting, and reporting; quarterly forecasts and the AOP.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and streamline processes.
• Identify actionable insights and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA/CPA/MBA a plus.
• Mastery of Excel and Google Sheets; capable of dynamic models and sensitivity analyses.
• 3-5 years in Corporate FP&A or related finance; SaaS exposure.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, and complex financial modeling.
• Organized and detail-oriented; adept at changing priorities and multiple tasks.
• Solid grounding in accounting principles.
