📋 Description

• Own EPM platform (Pigment): end-to-end management.
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Drive architecture for planning across the company.
• Lead Finance AI adoption: pilot and deploy AI use cases.
• Automate workflows: design conversational finance tasks.
• Collaborate with Data Science and IT on governance.
• Remote-first role; on-call/out-of-hours duties may apply.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IS, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 5+ years in hybrid FP&A/Systems role with finance focus.
• Python or scripting language experience.
• Deep hands-on EPM experience (Pigment); cross-system integrations.
• AI fluency: daily use of LLMs, copilots, automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; detail-oriented.
