FP&A Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with customers to design and implement add-on products
• Serve as technical expert on our product suite for customers
• Advise on best practices for financial processes and reporting
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations on initiatives
• Maintain relationships with CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance, and Controllers
• Develop and iterate internal playbooks for add-on engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in software implementation or customer-facing roles; finance background preferred
• Advanced Excel: formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query
• Strong communication and relationship-building with CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
