FP&A Technical Account Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with customers to design and implement add-on products
• Act as the technical expert on our product suite to unlock value from Datarails
• Advise on best practices for financial processes and reporting in Datarails
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to influence roadmap
• Maintain relationships with Controllers, Directors of Finance, and CFOs
• Develop and iterate internal playbooks, resources, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in software implementation or consulting, or similar client-facing roles
• Advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, complex models)
• Strong communication and relationship skills with CFOs/VPs/Directors of Finance
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
