Fractional Contract Manager

📋 Description

• Manage commercial contract activities and create repeatable processes to support business
• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, order forms, and other commercial agreements.
• Act as primary contract resource for go-to-market teams; provide guidance on contract questions
• Develop and maintain contract playbooks with standard positions and negotiation strategies.
• Identify non-standard terms, assess risks, and recommend actions including acceptance, negotiation
• Guide internal stakeholders on contract language, commercial practices, and risk considerations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of contract management experience, preferably in in-house SaaS/software/tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of MSAs, NDAs, SaaS licensing agreements, and order forms.
• Proven ability to independently negotiate standard contracts and make risk-based decisions.
• Experience creating contract playbooks, clause libraries, or standardized processes.
• Ability to explain legal/contract concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and work asynchronously remote.
