• Align L&D initiatives with company strategic goals.
• Implement the FARE process: Familiarize, Audit, Recommend, Execute.
• Manage L&D for new product launches, expansions, and tech stack consolidations.
• Build and staff a complete L&D function for new units or projects.
• Provide flexible L&D leadership to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Fill interim gaps in senior learning leadership positions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as CLO, VP, or Director of Learning & Development.
• Strategic planning and execution experience in L&D.
• Strong background managing large-scale projects and teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the org.
• Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
• End-to-end project experience with risk management and stakeholder communication (preferred).
