Fractional Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canadian business for tech and consulting roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and skill profiles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates via job boards, social, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences from attraction to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support Associate Training and internship/co-op hiring initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years for full-cycle technical recruitment in high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
• Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver hiring strategy and results.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levels.
• Experience recruiting across data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
