📋 Description

• Review Shopify orders and verify frame and RX details.
• Place frame orders via vendor portals accurately and promptly.
• Enter customer data into vendor systems as required.
• Ensure orders meet vendor purchasing requirements.
• Learn and manage prescription lens ordering processes.
• Coordinate frame and lens procurement through production.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in optical/eyewear/healthcare
• Experience with frame ordering, procurement, or vendor coordination
• Experience using Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
• Experience with optical lab ordering systems or vendor portals
• Experience ordering ophthalmic lenses or managing RX workflows
• Experience with inventory management systems; strong attention to detail
