Franchise Business Consultant (Remote-Field)

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business advisor and support contact for franchisees in assigned geographic
• Coach and motivate franchisees to achieve operational KPIs, sales targets, profitability goals, and
• Conduct root cause analyses, develop targeted action plans, and establish follow-up processes
• Identify opportunities to increase same-store sales, improve unit economics, strengthen margins
• Recommend improvements to daily operations, service quality, business processes, and operational
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to evaluate financial and operational performance

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience within a franchise organization, supporting franchisee performance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue and profitability while meeting operational targets and
• Experience working remotely and managing responsibilities independently across multiple locations
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret franchisee profit-and-loss statements
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, communication, and problem-resolution skills
