• High-value transaction scrutiny to identify red flags
• Investigate fraudulent and high-risk transactions and patterns
• Monitor merchant accounts for suspicious activity
• Collaborate with Risk Management on merchant risk assessment
• Develop fraud management tools and processes with Risk Management
• Hybrid based at Lehi, UT HQ

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in financial investigations or payment fraud analysis
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and anomalies
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with technology; able to learn new fraud tools
• Experience creating and running data queries
• Beginner-Intermediate SQL proficiency
