Fraud and Abuse Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Safeguard Plaid's platform by responding to fraud and abuse events.
• Investigate fraud/abuse claims and triage incidents with senior teammates.
• Participate in abuse on-call rotation to protect users and customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to strengthen fraud mitigations.
• Inform product strategy with operational insights from on-call work.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in fraud/abuse operations, trust & safety, or incident response.
• Incident triage with tight containment deadlines.
• Manage escalations with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and risk teams during triage.
• Translate investigations into detection signals and rules with DS/ML collaboration.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying data and building reports.
