• Own end-to-end delivery: plan sprints, remove blockers, ship in hours.
• Champion tooling: automate intel ingestion, testing, deployment.
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering for long-term proactive detection vision.
• Contribute to Veriff’s global fraud risk posture.

• 3+ years leading fraud-operations teams at scale in fintech.
• SQL fluency; turn raw data into attack stories and metrics.
• Proven ability to build, scale, and retain operations teams with purpose.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management across tech and non-tech teams.
