• Lead, grow, and develop a Fraud Countermeasures team shipping high-impact rules.
• Translate threat intel into a focused detection strategy aligned to metrics.
• Own end-to-end delivery—plan sprints, remove blockers, ship in hours.
• Champion tooling to automate intel ingestion, testing, and rule deployment.
• Partner with product, data science, and engineering on long-term detection vision.
• Contribute to Veriff’s global fraud risk posture reinforcement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading fraud ops teams at scale (fintech/identity).
• SQL fluency; translate data into attack stories and metrics.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing ops teams.
• Strategic mindset; align efforts with measurable business impact.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
