📋 Description

• Investigate disputed credit card, debit card, and ACH transactions and determine appropriate
• Review individual cases using internal policies, procedures, and investigation methodologies to

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and able to commit to a full-time internship schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make
• Comfortable analyzing data and making impactful decisions in situations that may involve ambiguity
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good business judgment and the ability to communicate decisions and recommendations clearly.

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $800 USD per month.
