📋 Description

• Conduct data-driven investigations of suspicious activity using core tools (Castle, Amplitude, and
• Maintain rigorous documentation of investigative findings and produce clear summaries for reporting
• Monitor real-time fraud queues to identify and mitigate high-risk transactions within SLAs
• Partner with L2 Investigators and Team Leads to escalate complex cases
• Execute internal operating procedures and provide feedback on process gaps
• Apply subject matter expertise to daily investigations, ensuring alignment with fraud policies and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in operations, fraud investigation, accounting or finance
• Strong Excel and/or SQL skills
• Banking or Fintech background
• Ownership mentality
• Curiosity to solve complex problems in an ambiguous environment
