Fraud Operations Analyst (CDMX)

📋 Description

• Investigate accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeover, and other
• Conduct investigations on merchant accounts to support financial partner requirements
• Assess risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity
• Help maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules that balance fraud loss and customer
• Contribute to root cause analysis to identify opportunities to predict, prevent, and mitigate risk
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for the Fraud Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Some experience in fraud analysis, fraud investigations, or fraud operations
• Experience using data to make assessments and judgments
• A team-focused mentality and effective problem-solving skills
• The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic and
• Willing to periodically work a weekend (remotely) for which you will be compensated with weekdays
• Available to work 100% in-office on Av. Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City. Open to people relocating
