Manage daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers
Drive risk-based, customer-focused decisions and scale operations
Contribute to the evolution of AI tools to reduce fraud losses
Own and ship fraud ops roadmap projects with autonomy
Collaborate with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to improve tooling for scale

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in a fraud, risk or related operations role
1+ year leading projects end to end
Ability to use data to investigate issues, spot trends, and support decisions
Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional partners
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage priorities
Ability to collaborate on projects and process improvements
