Investigate merchant accounts to support partner requirements.
Assess risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity.

Contribute to root cause analysis to mitigate risk.
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual Fraud Operations reviews.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English
Experience in fraud analysis or investigations
Experience using data to make assessments/judgements
Team-focused with strong problem solving
User-focused, pragmatic and solutions oriented
Willing to work weekend shifts as needed
