📋 Description

• Lead a team of Operations Associates in Fraud Operations in Bengaluru.
• Oversee daily execution: queue health, SLA attainment, decision quality.
• Stay hands-on in complex casework (QA/production) and model quality decisions.
• Provide real-time coaching; serve as first-line escalation owner.
• Drive unit-level operational excellence and process improvements.
• Inspire a team through coaching, clear communication, and performance focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading fraud, risk, trust & safety, or investigations ops at scale.
• Proven ability to manage frontline ops teams and their productivity.
• Experience with payments, risk, compliance, or financial operations.
• Define/operationalize team metrics (accuracy, SLAs, throughput) with data.
• Strong ops background in new process launches and unit-level operating models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present updates in English.
• Core work of a user-facing team with high quality; lead by example.
• 3+ years direct people management; coaching/mentoring.
