  • Review participant, employer, vendor, and program records to identify potential fraud, waste
  • Collect, organize, and maintain documentation supporting fraud referrals and recoupment activities.
  • Prepare and submit fraud referrals and supporting case documentation to Board investigators.
  • Track, monitor, and maintain confidential records related to fraud referrals, investigations, and

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Accounting
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Three (3) years of experience in compliance, auditing, workforce development, quality assurance
  • Experience working with WIOA or other federally funded programs preferred
  • Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
