📋 Description

• Monitor marketplace activity to detect suspicious behaviours and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Analyze data to identify fraud patterns and emerging risks.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering to enhance fraud detection systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for ongoing fraud monitoring.
• Support the creation of policies to strengthen fraud prevention and customer trust.
• Investigate escalated cases and recommend actions based on risk assessment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fraud analysis, risk management, or trust& safety in marketplaces or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, pattern spotting, and actionable insights.
• Familiarity with fraud monitoring tools, anomaly detection, or rule-based systems.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
