Fraud Strategy Analyst

📋 Description

• Investigate suspicious activity across accounts, payment cards, devices, and recipients; identify
• Identify unusual transaction patterns, emerging fraud trends, and opportunities to detect
• Analyze fraud and chargeback activity across accounts, payment cards, devices, recipients, issuing
• Recommend new alerts, early-warning indicators, and monitoring reports that enable faster detection
• Review fraud cases to understand what was missed and recommend improvements to existing controls
• Work with fraud operations, rules, AI, and technology teams to implement and measure improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in fraud analysis, payment risk, or related investigations, including hands-on analysis
• Strong analytical and investigative skills, with a natural curiosity for identifying patterns and
• Ability to turn observations and data into practical recommendations
• Comfortable using Excel, dashboards, and reports to analyze trends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
