📋 Description

• Minimize fraud losses from account takeover and scams targeting OnePay customers.
• Optimize authentication risk flows: device/login risk, user profile updates, account recovery.
• Build and maintain a fraud platform, core capabilities, and risk strategies with AI integration.
• Collaborate with product, platform, data, technology, and operations to advance fraud controls.
• Analyze portfolio behavior to identify fraud trends using Databricks, SQL, Python.
• Oversee authentication fraud monitoring/alerts; calibrate for relevance and timeliness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in authentication risk strategies (device/login risk, account recovery, profile updates).
• Highly analytical with ability to synthesize data into insights.
• Deep domain knowledge of authentication fraud tools and mitigation.
• Experience building with AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
