Communicate clearly with Stripe leadership and external partners/regulators.
Drive innovative fraud strategies; leverage AI and automation to scale risk work.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Financial Services, Payments or FinTech.
Proven leadership coaching fraud strategy teams.
Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, DS, and Ops.
Excellent verbal and written communication with leaders and regulators.
Experience applying AI and automation to risk strategy and fraud.
High-growth tech experience; scalable fraud systems; Python and R.
