📋 Description

• Define and document data requirements for a data platform solution, working closely with Product
• Define business logic in precise, testable terms, including calculations, allocations and rules for
• Produce source-to-target mapping specifications, covering field-level mappings, transformations and
• Write clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira, with enough detail for
• Maintain traceability from business need through requirements to mappings and design, and keep
• Identify gaps, edge cases and anomalies early, and raise them with options and impact

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data-focused projects, such as data platforms, data
• Experience defining both business logic and data mapping logic, not only high-level process
• Strong written requirements skills, including writing and managing requirements in Jira
• Ability to read and reason about data structures, tables and fields, with working knowledge of SQL
• Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in an agile delivery team where requirements iterate
