📋 Description

• Manage multiple creator campaigns simultaneously, overseeing the entire process from initial brief
• Develop detailed project timelines and coordinate budgets, content approvals, campaign milestones
• Identify and shortlist creators based on brand positioning, product relevance, target audiences
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, pricing, contracts, briefing, and content delivery.
• Build creator pricing strategies based on cost-per-view (CPV) targets and expected performance.
• Negotiate creator fees, manage campaign budgets, and balance creative quality with commercial

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, such as German, Spanish, or
• Confidence communicating professionally with creators, creator managers, and clients in both
• Experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns, ideally for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of the creator landscape in at least one European market.
• Proven experience managing campaign budgets, negotiating creator fees, and handling contracts.
