🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, or creative leadership
• Proven ability to translate performance metrics into creative decisions and scalable concepts.
• Experience building, implementing, or managing a structured creative testing framework.
• Strong eye for creative quality and confidence to make final decisions and approve creative
• Excellent understanding of messaging, copywriting, and audience relevance.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating creative teams.
