🎯 Requirements

• A portfolio showing you've grown a brand's social media presence in employer brand or talent
• Experience reaching specific audiences, ideally technical people such as engineers
• Strong writing ability to turn other people's stories into engaging content
• Practical video and design skills
• Comfort using social media data to assess performance and adjust strategy
• Ability to work quickly with a light brief and make independent decisions
