• Senior Finance Professional, Finance Manager, Head of Finance or similar
• Fluent Dutch and good English
• Experience guiding or managing finance staff
• Brings swift structure to numbers, processes and accountability
• Passion for building, improving and professionalising
• Strong communication and ownership; thrives balancing strategy and ops
