• Experience with Nmbrs and Daywize HR systems
• Standardize HR processes across BVs (onboarding, offboarding, changes)
• Strong prioritization, process simplification, and clear roles
• Direct communication style; hands-on and practical
• Available for 12–16 hours/week, with remote/hybrid work
