Level 1 support for end users on Office applications, particularly Office 365
Initial setup and deployment of new computers using internal tool (training provided)
Introduction and onboarding of users to company IT tools
Printer support and troubleshooting
Level 2 support on network topics: firewalls, switches, connectivity
Escalation point for complex technical issues

🎯 Requirements

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD administration)
ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management
Experience in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
Comfortable working autonomously
Fluent in Dutch and English
