Provide freelance, on-site IT support at the Cologne location
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support
Strong troubleshooting and proactive problem solving
Excellent communication with users and tech teams
Native German speaker and fluent in English
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory administration)
Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management
