📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops to map client objectives, data, and constraints.
• Define target-state CRM/CDP/marketing automation architecture and integration patterns.
• Translate business problems into technical solution options with trade-offs and risks.
• Guide end-to-end implementations from planning to build support.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data flow maps, event and identity models, and roadmaps.
• Write clear technical requirements for engineers with PM to scope and deliver.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years integrating third-party tools with ETL experience.
• 2+ years hands-on CDP experience with Mixpanel or Tealium.
• 2+ years working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Designing CDP/marketing automation integration and full lifecycle.
• Experience with APIs and: Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
