Freelance Solutions Architect - Braze & Iterable Experience

📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops to understand objectives, data flows, constraints.
• Define target-state CRM/CDP and marketing automation architecture with integration patterns.
• Translate business problems into technical options, trade-offs, estimates, and risks.
• Guide end-to-end implementations from planning to build support.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data flow maps, event/identity models, and roadmaps.
• Write clear technical requirements for engineers and coordinate with PM.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Braze and Iterable.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years integrating third-party tools incl ETL solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on with a CDP such as Mixpanel, Segment, or mParticle.
• Experience with APIs and at least one: Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Heroku, or iPaaS tools.
