📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops to define objectives and data flows.
• Define target-state CRM/CDP/martech architecture and patterns.
• Translate business needs into technical options, trade-offs, risks.
• Guide end-to-end implementation from planning to build support.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data flow maps, event models, roadmaps.
• Write clear technical requirements for engineers and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Braze and Iterable experience.
• 5+ years software development experience.
• 5+ years integrating third-party tools and ETL solutions.
• 2+ years CDP experience (Mixpanel, Segment, mParticle, Tealium).
• 2+ years working with clients or stakeholders.
• APIs with Mobile SDKs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; cloud AWS/GCP/Heroku/iPaaS.
